Registration at the Leisure Centre from 9.00am till 11.00am
If you are cycling take your bike to the Braveheart car park after you register at the Leisure Centre
Mass Warm Up at 11.30am with fitness guru Laura McConnachie
Staggered start: Competitive section kicking it all off at 12noon followed by the Juniors/Under 16's then the Non Competitive categorie then Walk/Run Only
Evening Ceilidh and Prizegiving in the Nevis Centre at 7.30pm ALL WELCOME
